Thanksgiving Week

Thanksgiving this year was so fun. Dans lifelong friend Loni, his wife (and my good friend) Kristy, and their adorable baby Ellis (well I guess she's not a baby anymore considering she's a month older than Adrienne. But I'm still in denial that Adrienne is not a baby so naturally I can't admit that Ellis has gotten any older either.) came to visit Utah this year. I had been anticipating their arrival so much that I made a paper chain to count down the days. *wink wink* We had so much fun this year. I think it was our most relaxed trip so far. We all crashed at my mommas house. Which was so nice to have a comfy homebase. Thank you mom and dad for the hospitality.

We did a lot of activities together and laughed and shopped a lot. I wish I would have taken more pictures and that they lived closer. I'm going through withdrawls just looking at the pics.

One night we all went to my sister Kristen's house to have dinner and watch a movie. My mom made yummy enchiladas then we decided, after about four hours, to watch cloverfield in the theater room:

Cloverfield was so freaky! My friend Cassi described it as Blair Witch meets Godzilla. Our kids were still up while we were watching it due to a large sugar intake :). When the first attack hit in the movie and everyone was running out of the buildings, Ellis started running around so fast saying, "GO GO GO GO GO GO GO GO GO GO GO GO !!!!!" We were all laughing so hard!

Until that night when Adrienne and Ellis woke up with nightmares from that crazy movie.

Loni, Dan, Grayson

Kristen has this crazy cat Jamocha who attacks everyone. Seriously frisky:
Ashton's like: kitty don't touch me.

No such luck Pumpkin.

Adrienne, on the other hand, loves Jamocha and likes to get her all riled up and crazy. Adrienne plays peek a boo with the kitty and squeals the whole time!

Aren't they the sweetest cousins!

AJ and Ashton

We went to Thanksgiving Point:

The girls loved the pony ride:

We liked the petting zoo:

That cow wants to eat your jeans

We all got to milk a cow I feel for that poor cow.

Kristy loves country life

Mom cow, how do you feel?

Adrienne's a little unsure.

(Mandy, this ones for you)

Dan and Ashton

We also went to Bridal Veil Falls

So have you guys seen the new Draper temple? We went to go gawk at the house by it. It is humongous, I swear its as big as the temple..

This house is a monster! I was halfway down the road and still couldn't get the whole thing in the frame. It is rumored to have a slide that goes from the top floor to the basement. How'd you like to keep up with those Jones'? Haha. That is insane. It could house a large number of orphans.

I did think this house is pretty.

Move adventures tomorrow.
To be continued........

WOW! That house is seriously nuts! Have you ever noticed that houses by the temple are massive? It seems funny to me! Miss you!

WHat??? that house can't be real...must have multiple wives and lots of kids ;) because that is the only reason you would need a house that big.
